OpenGiftNow, operated by Davi Limited — Hong Kong, currently provides a free website demo only. We do not collect payments or deposits, sell gift cards, or take pre-orders. There are no demo purchases to cancel or refund.
Demo cards cannot be redeemed
All sample amounts and codes are fictional and have no monetary value. A shared demo link is not evidence of payment, a gift-card balance, or an entitlement to a future gift.
If you believe you have been charged
This website has no payment facility. If you see a charge you believe is connected to OpenGiftNow, check the transaction details with your payment provider and consult our company information. Do not send full card details or security codes.
Before we accept real orders
We will publish the applicable refund and cancellation policy based on the confirmed supplier’s capabilities and card rules. The planned approach is to refund a paid order when no gift has been provisioned. Once a card has been issued, cancellation or recovery may not be possible, even if it has not been revealed. Revealed-card issues will require support review; a universal refund is not promised.
These are planning principles, not current sale terms. Final terms, delivery expectations, expiry, and any limits on cancellation will be available before a customer pays. Applicable statutory rights will continue to apply.
