What is OpenGiftNow?
A little gift, with a little mystery. We’re building a way to send a fixed-value digital merchant gift card through a personal reveal link. Choose an occasion, add a note, and let the surprise do the talking.
Can I buy or send a real gift yet?
Not yet. OpenGiftNow is in pre-launch. This website offers a free interactive demo only. We do not accept payments, issue gift cards, or take pre-orders.
How will it work at launch?
The planned experience is simple: choose a gift value and occasion, add an optional message, and pay through hosted checkout. Once the gift is ready, share its private link. The recipient opens the surprise and redeems the card with the merchant. Final availability and fulfilment timing will be published before sales begin.
Which brands, countries, and currencies are supported?
These are still being confirmed. The demo uses a fictional café and illustrative USD amounts. It does not represent an available merchant, a partnership, or a commitment to launch in a particular country or currency.
Will there be a service fee?
A service fee is planned. Gift value, any fee, currency, and the total payable will be clearly shown before payment. Pricing will be published once supplier and payment arrangements are confirmed. The demo is free.
Does the recipient need an account?
No account or subscription is planned for the sender or recipient. The recipient will use a private gift link. The demo also works without signing in.
Can I reopen a gift or skip the animation?
Yes. You can skip the demo reveal immediately and replay it whenever you like. The planned live experience will let recipients reopen a valid gift link; it will not be one-view-only. Any access or card expiry will be disclosed.
What is the refund policy?
There are no purchases to refund during pre-launch. Before live sales, we will publish the applicable refund and cancellation terms. Issued gift cards may be irreversible depending on the supplier and card state; we do not promise that every issued card can be cancelled.
